Completed electrical projects by Max Electric
From tight utility rooms and historic finishes to 400A service upgrades, meter banks, industrial equipment circuits, and insurance-driven panel replacements, these projects show how Max Electric handles real building conditions.
Multifamily electrical modernization and 400A service upgrade
Max Electric completed a full electrical modernization of a five-unit San Francisco multifamily building, upgrading the service from 60A to 400A with six meters, replacing knob-and-tube wiring, building a new electrical room, supporting EV charging, and preparing the property for all-electric use.
The work was completed in phases to reduce tenant displacement and finished in approximately six months, significantly faster than the typical timeline for a project of this scale.

A five-unit building was modernized with a 400A service upgrade, six meters, knob-and-tube rewiring, EV charger support, and new electrical room construction.

Robotics Manufacturing Facility Electrical Upgrade
Industrial electrical infrastructure was installed for CNC equipment, robotic manufacturing systems, transformers, distribution panels, and equipment circuits.

Mixed-Use Service Upgrade & Electrical Modernization
A mixed-use property with three commercial spaces and one residential unit received new dedicated 125A service and corrected unsafe wiring conditions.

16-Unit Zinsco Panel Replacement & Service Modernization
Outdated Zinsco panels and the house panel were replaced while retaining underground service and relocating equipment to a code-compliant location.
